Role Description

As the Brand Manager for Interactive Screens, Compact Public Address Systems, Voice Alarm, and Intercom Smart Boards product lines, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our communication product lines. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market release, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of innovation, user experience, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Interactive Screens and Public Address Systems, Voice Alarms, and Intercom, Smart Boards product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to brand strategies.
  • Manage brand budgets and resources effectively optimizing return on investment.
  • Oversee the development and production of marketing materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management.
  • Train and educate company and partner teams on brand guidelines and technical details.
  • Set sales targets for the sales team and work closely with them to achieve their targets.
  • Training and listing the brands with end users and consultants.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize user experience and satisfaction by driving feature development and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years proven track record as a Brand Manager in the field of Interactive Screens, Compact Public Address Systems, Voice Alarm, and Intercom Smart Boards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
